EPIC Health in Chicago is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team. The role requires Assyrian and Arabic fluency to deliver culturally responsive primary care across ages in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The position offers a competitive base salary and quarterly/annual bonus opportunities, with a commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork with a multidisciplinary staff.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted Illinois PA or FNP license.
• Graduation from an accredited PA or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national certification appropriate to your profession.
• Fluency in Assyrian or Arabic – required.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Ability to provide primary care to patients across ages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Strong commitment to quality, patient safety, and compassionate care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients, obtain health histories, and perform physical exams.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within scope.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Provide preventive care and health education to patients and families.
• Communicate medical information in Assyrian and Arabic when appropriate.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing within scope.
• Prescribe medications per laws and policies.
• Assist with office-based procedures (injections, wound care, immunizations).
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive care.
