Responsabilidades

• Drive the team to meet daily and weekly performance standards.

• Assign personnel in day-to-day activities (scheduling) and handle emergency requests.
• Provide training to new hires and monitor performance through evaluations.
• Maintain professional conduct, document conversations, and ensure policy compliance.
