Job summary

PBS Facility Service is seeking a capable Area Porter Supervisor to oversee a team of porters across multiple locations. You will supervise daily operations, ensure cleanliness and safety, and coordinate with senior management. Travel between sites is required.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with industrial cleaning equipment, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to support diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish (A MUST).
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment.
• Able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise porters across multiple locations ensuring tasks meet high standards.
• Inspect facilities region-wide for cleanliness and safety.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate porters region-wide.
• Develop and manage regional work schedules.
