Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication with a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• P&L Responsibility: manage KPI’s, TTI’s, and P&L performance.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and foster collaboration.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Proactively address operational challenges and drive Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
