You will work closely with the Quality Manager and Operations to develop quality strategies, ensure GMP, CGMP, BRCGS compliance, and HACCP programs, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment.

We’re looking for an onsite Quality Supervisor for our plant in Carrollton, Texas, who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to balance exacting standards with real-world production demands.
Seeking bilingual candidates; the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently is required for this position.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind product quality on the plant floor—working hand-in-hand with a talent onsite Quality Manager and partnering closely with operations, helping to lead a team of inspectors and technicians, and ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets both customer expectations and internal standards.
