Job summary

You will manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution, conduct thorough case investigations, draft and file vital litigation documents, collaborate on strategy, and maintain ongoing client communication.

Qualifications

• Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Minimum 3 civil jury trials to verdict.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Active bar admission in Illinois.
• Strong knowledge of state PI laws and procedures.
• Experience with drafting discovery motions, MSJ oppositions.

Responsibilities
