Job summary

BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, a member of the Elevance Health family, is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Associate - Bilingual to support members, providers, and applicants with timely, accurate service. The role requires a HS diploma, bilingual Spanish, and the ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

The position is in Lake Mary, FL with a hybrid schedule (in-office 1–2 days weekly). You will work across claims, customer service, and membership support, helping customers

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and experience in an automated customer service environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) or multi-language skills required.
• Must be able to pass a validated language test/assessment.
• High volume call center experience preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with functions to ensure requests are handled promptly.
• Interacts with internal and external customers to provide claims, customer service, and membership support.
• Performs necessary research to provide proactive, thorough solutions and ownership of service requests.
• Guides customers on options and helps them use technology and resources available.
