Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy in the United States is seeking a Retail Pharmacist Lead to compound and dispense medications, advise executives on strategies, and oversee patient interactions with independent judgment.

This role requires a pharmacy degree, active license, bilingual English/Spanish, immunization experience, and leadership experience; the position offers a 40-hour work week, a comprehensive benefits package, and a bonus incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy bachelor’s degree or PharmD.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish required.
• 1 year immunization experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• 2 years technical experience, RX30 system preferred.
• Retail pharmacy experience.
• Active license with the relevant Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals.
• Maintains records on prescriptions, patient charges and inventory.
• Advises staff on drugs and pharmaceuticals.
• Interacts with patients and supports executive decision making.
