Job summary
The CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Retail Pharmacist Lead in Miami, FL. This role compounds, dispenses medications, maintains prescription records, manages patient charges and inventory, and provides drug information to staff and patients.
You will interact with customers, advise executives on strategic matters, and exercise independent judgment on complex duties under minimal supervision. Required qualifications include a PharmD or Pharmacy bachelor’s degree, bilingual English/Spanish,
Qualifications
- Pharmacy bachelor or PharmD degree required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- At least 1 year immunization experience.
- 2+ years leadership experience.
- 2 years experience with RX30 system preferred.
- Retail pharmacy experience essential.
- Active license with state Board of Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Compounds and dispenses medications and maintains prescription records.
- Interacts with patients and provides drug information to staff.
- Advises executives on functional strategies and improves consumer experiences.
- Manages patient charges, inventory, and records with minimal supervision.
