Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Retail Pharmacist Lead to oversee medication dispensing and related records. You will interact directly with patients, inform staff about drugs, and guide executives on strategic actions, using independent judgment on complex issues.

The role requires a pharmacy degree (PharmD or equivalent), bilingual English/Spanish, immunization experience, and leadership credentials, with a Florida license to practice. A comprehensive benefits package applies.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy bachelor or PharmD.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish required.
• 1 year of immunization experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2 years of technical experience, RX30 system preferred.
• Retail pharmacy experience.
• Active license with the state Board of Pharmacy.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain records on prescriptions, charges and inventory.
• Provide information to staff on drugs and pharmaceuticals.
• Directly interact with patients and advise executives on strategies.
• Exercise independent judgment on complex tasks with minimal supervision.
