Job summary

PharmPix Corp in Puerto Rico is seeking a Pharmacy Help Desk Call Center Representative to provide customer service by telephone for providers, beneficiaries, and pharmacies. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, following scripts, and resolving issues related to claims, reimbursement, and payments.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of healthcare call center experience, is bilingual in Spanish and English, and can navigate multiple software systems while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician certification or enrollment in progress (PR).
• 1–2 years customer service or call center experience,Healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming pharmacy calls about claims, reimbursement, payment and related info.
• Follow scripts and performance metrics for call centers.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
• Document inquiries in Service Desk/OneArk/email systems.
• Route cases to internal departments or health insurance carriers.
• Guide pharmacies/providers/beneficiaries through claim transmission, reimbursement and payment.
