Job summary

Blue Star Investments, LLC is hiring a capable Personal Trainer to join Anytime Fitness in Baton Rouge. You will combine fitness coaching with sales duties to grow club revenue while ensuring an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities include conducting fitness consultations, delivering group workouts, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role rewards a proactive self-starter who values teamwork and ongoing certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor degree preferred in related field; CPR/First Aid/AED-certified preferred.
• Bilingual a plus and strong sales experience are valued.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred; reimbursement program to help you become certified.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing Director, including community outreach.
• Post on club social media to enhance engagement and culture.
• Focus on member experience with follow-up to members and prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations including screening and goal setting.
• Explain body scan results and provide guidance based on findings.
• Deliver group workouts for 1–15 members and ensure safe form and equipment use.
• Maintain club and equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Review club reports to identify trends and improve strategies.
• Encourage members to achieve goals and provide accountability.
• Attend weekly/monthly trainings and stay current on certifications and trends.
