BCG Attorney Search is seeking a bilingual attorney fluent in Spanish and English for a full‑time personal injury practice in Murray, UT. You will handle all aspects of cases from initial contact through negotiation, with a strong emphasis on client service.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, Utah license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a fast-paced caseload and collaborate with the legal team.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Utah license.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Strong organizational and case-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Compassionate client service and ability to manage fast-paced caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
• Draft, proofread, and translate legal documents in English and Spanish.
• Collect, organize, and review medical records, police reports, and evidence.
• Prepare filings, affidavits, discovery, and trial materials.
• Coordinate schedules for hearings, depositions, and medical appointments.
• Assist in trial preparation and support litigation efforts.
• Collaborate with the legal team to advance personal injury cases toward resolution.
