Orion Placement in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish paralegal to support a personal injury litigation team. You will draft discovery motions, conduct case investigations, and manage case files, all while coordinating with trial attorneys to ensure readiness for trial.

The role requires prior PI litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced law office environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Prior personal injury litigation experience required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Detail-oriented and dependable under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including discovery motions, summaries, briefs, affidavits, and correspondence.
• Conduct factual investigations and analyze case data to support litigation strategy.
• Perform legal research, organize case materials, and maintain detailed case files.
• Translate and interpret Spanish documents and dictations as needed.
• Assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including coordinating exhibits and preparing binders.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, budgets, and trial logistics.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure cases are trial-ready and thoroughly supported.
