Gonzalez & Torres Law seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support our personal injury department. You will work closely with the lead attorney to manage 60–70 active cases, assist clients through complex processes, and ensure cases move forward efficiently while maintaining meticulous organization.

The role requires Spanish/English bilingual communication, 1–3 years in PI litigation, and independent drafting and filing.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1–3 years in personal injury litigation or defense work supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Able to independently draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery; familiar with filing procedures.
• Highly organized with capacity to manage 60–70 active cases from intake to resolution.
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of preparing attorneys for mediation or depositions.

Responsibilities

• Case management for a caseload of ~60–70 personal injury cases from filing through settlement or trial.
• Conduct litigation intake with Spanish-speaking clients and explain processes and timelines.
• Draft complaints and legal documents; coordinate e-filing and service of process.
• Monitor discovery timelines and coordinate document production and subpoenas.
• Schedule depositions and prepare materials for mediation or trial.
