Job summary

The law firm in Atlanta, GA is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. You will meet with clients, assess claims, and prepare cases for trial while maintaining compassion and earning clients' trust.

You will update clients and communicate with insurance companies on the status of claims, offers, and demands. You must be admitted to the Georgia Bar and able to practice, or willing to pursue admission.

Qualifications

• Georgia Bar admission in good standing or willingness to be admitted in Georgia.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Experience evaluating claims and related tasks.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case and gather information.
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding status of claims, demands and offers.
