Confidential Employer in Palm Harbor, FL seeks a bilingual paralegal fluent in English and Spanish to manage personal injury and civil litigation cases. You will coordinate deadlines, draft pleadings, and support attorneys from filing through trial preparation.

The role requires 2+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury or civil litigation, strong drafting and organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with attorneys and clients on complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases, coordinating deadlines, documentation, and case progress.

• Assist attorneys with discovery, court filings, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, attorneys, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate case files, organize medical records, and track litigation deadlines.
• Coordinate with attorneys to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
• Provide reliable, detail-oriented support throughout the litigation process.
