Santo-Domingo & Associates, LLC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join our downtown Baltimore team. You will manage personal injury files from inception through settlement or litigation, ensuring seamless communication with Spanish- and English-speaking clients.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in Personal Injury law, bilingual fluency, and either a Paralegal Certificate or substantial relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Personal Injury law.
• Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Paralegal Certificate is desired, though significant relevant experience will be considered.
• Highly motivated, self-starting, and capable of managing a high volume of tasks with precision.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial client intakes and maintaining regular client contact.
• Requesting, organizing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Drafting legal documents, including demands, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Managing firm calendars, court deadlines, and filing legal documents.
• Coordinating with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
