Confidential Employer in Houston, TX seeks an experienced paralegal to support a plaintiff personal injury litigation team. The role requires 3+ years of paralegal experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong Texas litigation knowledge.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing case files, coordinating depositions, and trial prep. The ideal candidate will organize complex litigation workflows, communicate effectively with clients and counsel, and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Texas litigation procedures.
• Experience preparing discovery, trial notebooks, exhibits, and court filings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.

• Manage an active litigation caseload from filing through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, expert witnesses, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom logistics.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Location: Houston, Texas (South Houston) — this is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity where you'll work closely with attorneys and the litigation team every day.
