Thompson Law Injury Lawyers in Columbus, OH seeks an Intake Paralegal to join a fast-paced team handling initial client contacts by phone and in person. The role emphasizes warm, professional client interactions, accurate data entry, and coordination with paralegals and investigators.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, 1+ year as an Intake Paralegal (PI law preferred), and 1-3+ years in a law firm. Schedule: Sun-Thu 1pm-10pm EST. Benefits and potential WFH after training.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
• 1-3+ years working in a Law firm.
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury preferred).
• Willingness to interact with clients, adjusters, and lawyers/paralegals over phone and in person.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and interact with potential new clients.
• Interact with clients in person in a caring manner.
• Notify paralegals and investigators of case needs and updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and perform other administrative duties.
