Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga PA in Boca Raton, FL seeks a proactive Case Manager to support the Personal Injury team. The role requires high organization, attention to detail, and strong communication with clients and staff to manage medical records and demand preparation.

The position offers full-time hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday) and opportunities within a growing firm. Prior legal experience is preferred but not required, with a focus on exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; legal experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment - strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform the case management procedures.
• Work with other case managers and Attorneys to resolve personal injury claims.
• Communicate with clients regarding Doctor’s appointments and required documents on files.
• Communicate with Insurance companies and adjusters to provide required documents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
