The role involves handling all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial client contact through negotiation and settlement, with a strong emphasis on communication and client service. Duties

• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication with Spanish-speaking clients


• Draft, proofread, and translate legal documents and correspondence in both English and Spanish


• Collect, organize, and review evidence such as medical records and police reports


• Prepare legal filings, including affidavits, discovery, and trial materials
