Job summary

BCG Attorney Search represents a well-established personal injury firm with offices in Utah and Idaho. We seek a bilingual attorney fluent in Spanish and English to join the growing legal team in St. George, Utah.

This full-time role focuses on advocating for Spanish-speaking clients from case initiation through resolution. The ideal candidate will have a JD, active Utah license, and at least 2 years of experience in a legal role, with strong communication and client-first skills in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews and maintain ongoing client communication in Spanish.

• Prepare legal documents such as affidavits, discovery, and trial materials.
• Coordinate schedules for hearings, depositions, and appointments.
• Support litigation and assist in trial preparation with the team.

This full-time role focuses on advocating for Spanish-speaking clients involved in personal injury matters, offering support from case initiation through resolution. Duties:

Conduct client interviews and provide consistent communication with Spanish-speaking clientsDraft, translate, and review legal documents and correspondenceCollect and organize case evidence, including medical records and police reportsPrepare legal documents such as affidavits, discovery, and trial materialsCoordinate schedules for hearings, depositions, and appointmentsSupport litigation by assisting in trial preparation and related case activitiesCollaborate with legal team members to ensure effective case progression

Requirements:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in personal injury lawStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindsetAbility to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic legal environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Education:
