Job summary

Taj Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Attorney (Spanish-English) for a rapidly expanding personal injury law firm in Charlotte, NC. The attorney will manage cases from intake to settlement, communicate with clients and insurers, and oversee paralegals and staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active NC law license, is fluent in Spanish and English, and has at least 1 year of PI experience. Occasional travel and court appearances may be required to support client growth.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina law license in good standing.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience.
• Strong client communication and case management skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and oversee support staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or resolution.
• Communicate frequently with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Prepare and review demand packages, settlement documents, and negotiation materials.
• Handle lien resolution, subrogation issues, and case disbursements.
• Lead and support a team of paralegals and case staff.
• Participate in community outreach and business development activities.
