Job summary

Colorado Credit Union is seeking a Financial Solutions Specialist to deliver consultative financial solutions during in-person member interactions at the Denver branch. You will originate consumer and home equity loan requests, support new account needs, and function as a resource while ensuring a personalized branch experience.

You will combine sales and service skills with a relationship-focused approach, educating members on products, guiding loan decisions, and collaborating with processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years lending and loan origination background preferred.
• Experience opening and servicing deposit accounts, including specialty accounts, preferred.
• Sales, relationship building, and member service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming branch requests for new accounts, loans, and onboarding to deliver timely, accurate service.
• Maintain expert knowledge of CCU products and services.
• Deliver a consultative sales experience by identifying member needs and cross-selling suitable solutions.
• Educate members on loan products, requirements, terms, and next steps.
• Support processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure a smooth member experience.
• Meet or exceed production and cross-sell goals and provide excellent onboarding for new members.
