Fhnb is seeking a customer-focused Bank Teller at our Willis, TX branch. Under supervision, you will handle cash transactions, assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and product inquiries, and help maintain accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED required or in progress.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check and work well in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Under direct supervision, provide exceptional customer service while handling cash transactions in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow policies in accordance with bank and supervisor direction.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
• Participate in an active sales environment and in-store prospecting as needed.
• Process deposits and disburse funds, balance daily operations, and record transactions accurately.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Examine cash to guard against counterfeit items and fraud.
• Enter transactions into systems and issue receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
• Perform other tasks requested by supervisors related to banking operations.
