Qualifications

• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check per company policy.
• Must work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer needs and offer bank products and services to account holders.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Contribute to achieving monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store prospecting and sales activities.
• Process deposits and cash transactions accurately and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Examine cash to guard against counterfeit items and identify theft.
• Enter transactions into the computer and generate receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
