Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
