Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, high school equivalency, or currently attending high school.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a high volume sales environment, handling receipts and cash payments.
• Evaluate customers and accounts to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets set by management.
• Cross-sell bank services and products.
• Process deposits, cash checks, and balance daily transactions.
• Assist customers with money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
