1stnb is seeking a bank teller to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced branch environment. You will handle cash transactions, promote bank products, and maintain accurate records while following bank policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or currently attending high school.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass background investigation in accordance with company policy.
• Must be able to work well with co-workers and in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment, handling cash receipts and payments.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services to support financial success.
• Follow established policies in line with bank direction.
• Contribute to monthly new account production targets as assigned by upper management.
• Engage in in-store prospecting as needed and cross-sell bank services.
• Process deposits and payouts accurately and balance daily transactions.
• Verify cash and checks, check endorsements, and detect counterfeit items.
• Enter transactions into computer systems and provide customer receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Provide services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Attend to tasks assigned by supervisors related to bank operations.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance; adhere to authority levels.
