Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a bilingual Personal Banker II in Santa Fe, NM. You will deliver top-tier client experiences, conduct consultative conversations, and support clients with account activity, digital banking products, and more.

During a 9-week Banking Navigator training, you will receive guided coaching, virtual and on-the-job learning, then transition to permanent branch duties. Training may occur at different locations initially.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales or customer service experience; college degree is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
• Knowledge of retail banking operations including phone, email and chat support.
• Working knowledge of banking laws and regulations (Reg E, Reg CC, Reg DD, BSA, HMDA).
• Excellent verbal communication; ability to resolve issues and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build and retain long-term relationships.
• Resolve moderately to highly complex client problems and escalate when needed.
• Perform teller transactions and assist clients with account activities.
• Uphold the BOKF brand experience and drive client loyalty.
