Job summary

The Arc of Opportunity in Massachusetts is seeking a Person-Centered Plan Manager to help individuals in the community reach their goals and maximize independence. This role emphasizes community engagement, advocacy, and person-first planning.

You will connect clients with services, assist with benefits and resources, and document interactions in our electronic record system while maintaining accurate records. A bilingual candidate is preferred to support diverse participants.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, internet, and documentation entry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Compassion, resourcefulness, and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals in the community achieve their goals and independence (community-based).
• Connect individuals with needed services, benefits, and resources.
• Advocate to ensure appropriate support for each individual.
• Complete administrative tasks and documentation in electronic record systems.
