Job summary

UVM Health is seeking a Strategic Implementation Administrator for the Golisano Children’s Hospital at UVMMC to drive new and expanding pediatric programs.

The role partners with clinicians, administrators, IS and donors to translate strategy into measurable programs, manage budgets and timelines, and report progress to leaders. This is a grant-funded position requiring strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred (MHA, MBA, MPH or related Masters).

Responsibilities

• Lead launch of new and expanding child health programs.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, IS, and donor partners.
• Develop strategic plans and business cases for pediatric programs.
• Deliver presentations to executive leadership and community stakeholders.
