Job summary

The Division of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Stem Cell Transplantation at Columbia University Irving Medical Center seeks a Program Manager to support the Pediatric Neuro-Oncology Program.

This position will provide operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic oversight for a rapidly expanding clinical and translational research portfolio focused on advancing innovative therapies for children with brain tumors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a growing pediatric neuro-oncology research program and coordinate stakeholders.
  • Manage multi-site trial operations including activation, enrollment tracking, and milestone monitoring.
  • Ensure regulatory approvals, study documentation, training, and compliance across sites.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Monitor IRB submissions and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee program-related budgets and financial projections with finance teams.
  • Act as liaison among investigators, sponsors, and collaboration partners.
  • Assist with grant opportunities and submissions.
  • Assist with protocol development and strategic planning for program growth.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Three years related experience
