Job summary

The Golisano Children’s Hospital at The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a Strategic Implementation Administrator to launch and scale pediatric programs. You will translate strategy into funded, measurable projects and coordinate with clinical, administrative, IS, and donor teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years in healthcare program delivery, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to present to executive leadership and community partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years progressive experience in healthcare setting.
• Experience implementing clinical and/or community programs in clinic/hospital/nonprofit settings.
• Experience working with both administrative (business, philanthropy) and clinical leadership.
• Experience developing strategic plans for clinical programs and/or community organizations.
• Experience delivering presentations to executive leadership and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Launch new and expanding child health programs aligned with the GCH mission and values.
• Translate resources into concrete, measurable, and well-executed projects.
• Lead with stakeholders across clinical, administrative, IS, and donor partners to drive change.
• Develop analytic analyses, business planning, and modeling to support deliverables.
• Maintain portfolio, budgets, strategic goals, and key performance metrics.
