Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat and help prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, fluency and related disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans using various techniques and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
