Job summary

NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy to pediatric patients (0–21 years) in home or daytime facilities. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and planning evidence-based interventions, with collaboration across the care team.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, Texas licensure, and pediatric/home-health experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP.
• Texas licensure to practice in Texas is required.
• Pediatrics experience is required; home health experience preferred.
• Feeding experience is required or highly desired.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes or daytime facilities for ages 0–21, 2+ times per week as ordered.
• Define and interpret speech, language, voice, orofacial, feeding, swallowing, and related impairments using appropriate tests.
• Prepare diagnostic reports and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to set goals.
• Plan and modify care to meet goals of therapy interventions and educate staff and caregivers.
• Design and deliver training materials and in-service programs on speech therapy modalities.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows or SLP assistants with 3+ years of experience.
