Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist with feeding experience for Kyle, TX and surrounding areas. This home-based role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options and is based in the Austin division.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with caregivers and other providers while meeting weekly visit goals in a compliant, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license required.
• Home-health experience valued.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care across providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly patient visit quotas.
• Complete charting and documentation timely.
• Maintain compliance with policies and ethics.
• Adhere to laws governing home-health SLP.
• Collaborate with agency personnel on expectations.
