Job summary

Therapy 2000 is a home-based provider delivering pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to serve families in the Melissa/Anna area as part of our DFW division.

The role emphasizes feeding therapy experience and collaboration with caregivers to develop effective home programs and coordinate care with the patient’s medical team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
• Innovative spirit with reliable work history.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed.
• Proficient with common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly minimum patient visit requirements.
• Complete patient chart updates and progress summaries on time.
• Attend agency meetings to align on expectations and standards.
• Adhere to agency policies and all applicable regulations.
