KidsCare Home Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide pediatric home health therapy to children in their homes. You will evaluate, design, and lead prescribed therapies, while coaching caregivers and coordinating with the clinical team.

The role emphasizes employment stability, work-life balance, and a full benefits package, including health and retirement plans. A state license and pediatric experience are required.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and administer pediatric physical therapy in home health settings.
• Direct patients and caregivers in tasks to restore or enhance function.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain clear communication with family about progress and home programs.
• Refer families to appropriate services as needed.
• Document patient progress and treatment notes.
• Assist in scheduling and caseload management.
• Contribute to quality assurance programs and continuing education.
