Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and administer pediatric therapy.
• Provide clinical treatment and caregiver training.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Communicate progress with family; home programs and discharge planning.
• Refer families to appropriate services.
• Consult with physician and maintain records.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Lead in-service education and QAPI activities.
• Attend Continuing Education to expand service scope.
• Maintain caseload and productivity.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals.
• Mentor students and new hires.
• Participate in professional organizations.
• Demonstrate initiative and independent judgment.
• Serve as backup service provider for other caseloads.
• Comply with policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
