Therapy 2000 seeks a licensed pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based therapy across Texas families. You will evaluate, plan and implement pediatric PT interventions, coordinating care with caregivers and other providers to foster the child's progress in a comfortable home setting.

Strong clinical judgment and reliability are essential, with opportunities for ongoing CE and a company-supported benefits package including mileage reimbursement and a laptop for work.

Qualificações

• Active Texas PT license required.
• Demonstrated reliability and an innovative approach.
• Flexibility to adjust priorities by business needs.
• Proficient use of laptop, phone, email and web browser.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Maintain timely chart updates and progress summaries.
