THERAPY 2000 is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based therapy in Texas. You will evaluate, plan, and implement pediatric PT services, collaborating with families and other providers to support each child’s growth and safety.

• Current active Texas Physical Therapy license.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Complete minimum weekly patient visits as required by the agency.
• Ensure timely chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs.
• Meet agency policies and standards for high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to all laws and guidelines for home-health pediatric therapy.
