Job summary
Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver home-based services across Texas. You will evaluate children, design and implement treatment plans, and create home exercise programs in collaboration with families.
Ideal candidates bring reliability, flexibility, and strong clinical judgment. Travel between patient visits is required; mileage reimbursement and full-time benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- Current/active license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas.
- Innovative spirit with reliability.
- Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed.
- Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
- Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
- Collaborate and coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
- Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
- Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork.
- Engage with agency personnel to maintain expectations and standards for high-quality care.
- Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws for home-health pediatric PT.
