Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Meet weekly visit quotas and complete charting/paperwork on time.
• Adhere to home-health pediatric therapy regulations and agency policies.
