Job summary

Hand In Hand Development, Inc. provides NYS licensed occupational therapy in in-home settings across all five boroughs of NYC. Therapists collaborate with families to develop individualized IFSP-driven plans and monitor progress.

We offer 1:1 sessions, travel across multiple locations, and a team-centered approach. A Master’s in OT and NYS OT license are required, CPR preferred, with a passion for helping families.

Qualifications

• Master's in Occupational Therapy is required.
• NYS Occupational Therapist License is required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Experience with children who have disabilities and families.
• Ability to build rapport with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with developmental delays.
• Collaborate with families to create programs and work toward goals in the child’s IFSP.
• Monitor and assess program effectiveness.
• Document and communicate treatment results and progress to relevant parties.
• Work effectively with our team of multi-disciplinary service providers.
