Job summary

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care in San Antonio seeks a Bilingual Front Office Specialist- Southwest. This seasonal, full-time role supports our providers by coordinating patient flow, scheduling, and intake in English and Spanish.

You will greet families, verify information, input data, and maintain a welcoming, organized front desk. AHA BLS certification and pediatric-friendly communication are valued. Clinic hours are Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat–Sun 9am–5pm, with pay $16–$18 hourly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant education, certification, or equivalent clinical training.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Triage pediatric patients and obtain accurate medical histories and vital signs.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments while helping children feel comfortable.
• Administer medications and vaccines according to safety protocols.
• Perform CLIA-waived laboratory testing and quality control checks.
• Document patient care accurately and in real time.
