Job summary

My Kids Smile in South Reno is seeking a friendly Front Desk / Receptionist for a temporary assignment. You’ll greet families, answer calls, check patients in and out, and help schedule follow-up appointments in a fast-paced pediatric dental office.

This temporary role runs through September 30, 2026, with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:45 AM–4:30 PM). Spanish/English bilingual communication is highly preferred, and prior front desk experience in dental or medical settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a dental/medical setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen and safety guidelines compliance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and create a warm, high-energy check-in experience.
• Manage multi-line phones, greet questions, check-in/out patients, schedule follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to keep daily appointments on time.
• Maintain accurate digital patient records in the practice management system.
