Qualifications

• 5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JDE and UKG.
• Willingness to relocate to Yuma, AZ if required.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls accurately and timely.
• Audit payroll records and reconcile transactions.
• Enter and validate timekeeping data; ensure meal/rest break compliance.
• Prepare payroll checks and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Maintain organized payroll records and secure filing.
• Collaborate with Payroll Manager and team on issues.
• Assist with special payroll projects as needed.
