Job summary

LCH is hiring Patient Support Staff (Bilingual Spanish-English) to help patients navigate healthcare and access needed resources. You will interpret, coordinate care, and support the patient experience.

Responsibilities include referrals, appointments, transport assistance, SDOH screening, EHR documentation, and maintaining confidentiality with a strong focus on customer service and respectful communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
• Must complete Medical Interpreter Training within 90 days of hire.
